Big news — we’re adding a Costume Contest to this year’s Welcome Party & Cookout! We’ve seen some awesome outfits over the years, so why not make it official?

 

Details:

 

• When: Thursday night at the pavilion

   

• Food: Fresh-grilled burgers & hot dogs

   

• Drinks: An endless supply of beer and soft drinks

   

• Costume fun: Since it’s close to Halloween, come in your favorite costume if you want. We’ll put out a voting jar — drop in the name of your favorite costume. We’ll count votes later in the night and award a sweet prize to the winner.

 

Not into dressing up? No worries — come for the food, hang out, and vote anyway.

 

Thursday night is the best time to catch up and meet new people. Can’t wait to see everyone (and your costumes)!
