COTR6 is right around the corner and we’re fired up — hope you are too. Here’s the rundown for Saturday so you know what’s coming.

 

COTR6 Swap Meet

We’ll line the trucks up around 4:15 PM and kick things off at 4:30 PM at the pavilion. Two rows with the tailgates down, making an easy browse-and-swap lane. Bring whatever you’re looking to sell or trade — parts, overlanding gear, camping stuff, mods, wheels, tires, springs, tents, cookware, radios, whatever you’ve got. Set it up on your tailgate, a blanket, or a table. (We’ll keep the picnic tables free for the BBQ.)

 

BBQ Dinner — sponsored by ACC Garage

Dinner’s at 6:00 PM. BBQ pulled pork, BBQ chicken, and all the sides. Come hungry, grab a seat with the crew, and enjoy good food and better company.

 

COTR6 Driver’s Raffle

Right after dinner. Prizes will be out with clear drop boxes for the targeted items. Drop your targeted tickets on the specific prizes you want and toss your general raffle ticket in the main container. We’ll draw both the targeted and general prizes.

 

The targeted setup helps make sure folks walk away with something they’ll actually use. If you win a general prize you’re not into, just holler “Put it back!” and we’ll redraw — your ticket goes back in for another shot. Big thanks to the sponsors who make this happen.

 

After the Raffle

Beer troughs are full, solo stoves are lit, and we’ll hang around the fire for a laid-back close to the night.

 

Sunday Departure Reminder

Please pack up and be out of the event area by 11:00 AM Sunday — no camping in the event area Sunday night. Help us leave the site clean by taking care of your campsite before you head out.
