Hey guys!

 

COTR5 is just a few days away and we’re fired up — hope you are too! Below is the plan for Saturday so you know what to expect.

 

COTR5 Swap Meet

• When: 5:00–6:00 PM at the pavilion (we’ll start lining trucks up at 4:45 PM).

• What: Two rows of trucks with tailgates down forming a casual browse-and-swap lane.

• Bring: Anything you want to sell or trade — parts, overlanding gear, camping kit, mods, wheels, tires, springs, tents, cookware, comms, etc. Set up on your tailgate, a blanket, or a table. (Picnic tables will be reserved for the BBQ.)

   

BBQ Dinner — sponsored by ACC Garage

• When: 7:00 PM

• Menu: BBQ pulled pork, BBQ chicken, and all the sides. Come hungry and grab a seat with friends for good food and great company.

 

COTR5 Driver’s Raffle

• When: Right after dinner

• How it works: Prizes will be displayed with clear drop boxes for targeted items. Drop targeted tickets on the specific prizes you want, and put your general raffle ticket in the main container. We’ll draw for both targeted and general prizes.

• Note: Our targeted raffle helps make sure winners get things they’ll actually use. If you win a general prize you don’t want, just yell “Put it back!” and we’ll redraw — your ticket goes back in for another shot. Big thanks to our sponsors for supporting the event.

 

After the Raffle

The beer trough will be open, solo stoves lit, and we’ll linger around the fire for a relaxed hangout to close out the night.

 

Sunday Departure Reminder

Please pack up and be out of the event area by 11:00 AM Sunday — no camping in the event area Sunday night. Help us keep the site tidy by cleaning up your campsite before leaving.
